## How does ordering from Carmel & Fishers work?

Hamilton County orders ship. The process is the same as anywhere else: quote form, digital proof, approval, tracked delivery.

Club and school teams with multiple squads: send one quote request per design, and list each squad’s size breakdown in the notes so the boxes arrive sorted.

Shipping to Carmel and Fishers: orders ship on your own shipping account (UPS preferred), so cost and transit time follow the service you choose.

## Who in Carmel & Fishers orders custom shirts?

Groups that need the same design on a lot of shirts. In Hamilton County, that usually means:
- **Youth sports clubs and tournaments.** Hamilton County’s travel teams and the tournament complexes around Westfield keep club soccer, baseball, softball and volleyball teams ordering shirts all year.
- **Growing school districts.** Carmel Clay Schools, Hamilton Southeastern Schools and neighboring districts — spirit wear, clubs, PTOs and booster fundraisers.
- **Corporate offices and startups.** Company shirts, onboarding swag and team event tees for offices along the Carmel and Fishers business corridors.
- **Community events and arts.** Festival volunteers, run/walk events and performing-arts groups.

## When should Carmel & Fishers groups order?

Spring and summer tournament seasons are the rush. Clubs should order team shirts before the first tournament weekend, allowing about 2 weeks after proof approval, plus shipping.

Every order: up to 8 ink colors per design, minimum 10 pieces, and a digital proof before anything prints. [Screen printing details](https://iiascreen.com/services)
