## How does ordering from Fort Wayne work?

Fort Wayne is a shipping city for us — at about three hours away, a pickup run rarely makes sense. Everything happens by email: quote, digital proof, approval and tracking.

Because shipping adds transit days, give your needed-by date as the day shirts must be in hand in Fort Wayne, not the day they leave the shop. The shop plans the print date backward from that.

Shipping to Fort Wayne: orders ship on your own shipping account (UPS preferred), so cost and transit time follow the service you choose.

## Who in Fort Wayne orders custom shirts?

Groups that need the same design on a lot of shirts. In Allen County, that usually means:
- **Manufacturers and distribution.** Northeast Indiana has a deep manufacturing base. Plants order uniform tees, safety-milestone shirts and company picnic shirts in volume.
- **Hospitals and health systems.** Department shirts, nurses week and hospital-sponsored run and walk events.
- **Colleges and schools.** Purdue Fort Wayne and the area’s private colleges and high schools — club, intramural, booster and spirit wear orders.
- **Summer festivals and leagues.** Summer festival volunteers, youth baseball and softball leagues, and fan groups for the city’s minor-league teams.

## When should Fort Wayne groups order?

Summer is Fort Wayne’s busy season for festival, league and reunion shirts. Request quotes in spring, and build shipping time into every date: about 2 weeks after proof approval, plus transit.

Every order: up to 8 ink colors per design, minimum 10 pieces, and a digital proof before anything prints. [Screen printing details](https://iiascreen.com/services)

### How long does shipping to Fort Wayne add?

It depends on the carrier and service on your shipping account (UPS is preferred). Shipping time is added on top of production, which typically takes about 2 weeks, so put the date you need shirts in hand on the quote form.

### Why order from a Terre Haute shop if I’m in Fort Wayne?

Because nothing about the order requires being local. Quotes, proofs and approvals happen by email, the shop works to your in-hand date, and finished orders ship to your door anywhere in Indiana.
