Screen printing is a method of printing a design onto fabric by pushing ink through a fine mesh screen, one ink color at a time. Each color in the design gets its own screen. It is the standard way to print bulk custom t-shirts because the print is durable and the price per shirt drops as the quantity goes up. ### Do you print single shirts or one-off orders? No. Imprint It All is a commercial screen printing shop that prints bulk orders for businesses, teams, schools, churches, events and organizations. The minimum order is 10 pieces per design. For a single custom shirt, a print-on-demand or heat-press shop is a better fit. ### Do you do contract screen printing? Yes. Imprint It All does contract apparel screen printing, specializing in small and medium print runs. Send the details through the quote form and the shop will tell you how it can fit your job. ### What items can you screen print? T-shirts are the core of what Imprint It All prints. The shop also prints long-sleeve tees, hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, polos, hats and tote bags. If you need a specific garment brand, style or color, name it on the quote form. ## Colors & artwork ### How many colors can you print? Imprint It All prints up to 8 ink colors per design. Designs that need more than 8 colors get a separate custom quote. Most logos use 1 to 4 colors. ### Why do designs with more than 8 colors need a custom quote? Every ink color needs its own screen and its own pass on the press, and the shop’s standard setup tops out at 8 colors per design. Art with more than 8 colors — photographs, soft gradients or full-color illustrations — needs a different setup, so Imprint It All reviews that art and prices it separately. Choose “8+ / not sure” on the quote form and the request is flagged for a custom quote. ### Does white ink or an underbase count as a color? Not if it doesn’t show. On dark shirts, bright inks are often printed over a white base layer (an underbase) so the colors stay vivid. That hidden layer does not count toward the 8-color limit. White that shows as part of the finished design does count as one of the 8 colors. ### What artwork file formats do you accept? Vector files print cleanest: AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. High-resolution PNG files (300 dpi at the size you want printed) also work. If all you have is a low-resolution logo, send it anyway and the shop will tell you whether it will print cleanly or needs to be redrawn. There is no charge for redrawing. ### Can you help design my shirt? Design help is handled case by case. Check “I need design help” on the quote form and describe the idea — a sketch, a photo of an old shirt or a few words is enough to start. The shop will tell you what it can do and whether there is a cost. ## Ordering & pricing ### What is your minimum order? The minimum order at Imprint It All is 10 pieces per design. Sizes can be mixed within that number. Larger orders lower the price per shirt. ### How much does custom screen printing cost? The price per shirt depends on six things: quantity, number of ink colors, number of print locations, garment style, garment color and how soon you need the order. More shirts lower the price per shirt; more colors and more print locations raise it. Request a quote with those details for an exact price. ### Can I mix sizes and shirt colors in one order? Yes, sizes can be mixed within one order — list the breakdown on the quote form. Mixing garment colors with the same design is handled case by case — note what you need on the quote form. ### Will I see a proof before you print? Yes. Every order gets a digital proof showing the design, ink colors, print size and placement. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof. ## Timing ### How long does a screen printing order take? Typical turnaround at Imprint It All is about 2 weeks, counted from the day you approve your proof. Shipping time to cities outside Terre Haute is added on top. ### Do you take rush orders? Rush orders are available by request for an additional charge. Put your real needed-by date on the quote form and the shop will tell you up front whether it can be met. ## Pickup, shipping & service area ### Can I pick up my order? Yes. Imprint It All ships finished orders anywhere in Indiana and outside the state. Orders ship on the customer’s own shipping account, and UPS is preferred. Inside Terre Haute, local delivery is free. ### Do you work with customers outside Terre Haute? Yes. Imprint It All works with businesses and organizations across Indiana, including Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend, Bloomington, Lafayette, Carmel, Fishers and Muncie. Quotes, proofs and approvals happen by email and phone, so there is no need to visit the shop. ### Do you ship outside Indiana? Yes.
