# How a screen printing order works

An order at Imprint It All moves through five steps: you send artwork or an idea, we send a quote, you approve a digital proof, we print, and you pick up in Terre Haute or we ship anywhere in Indiana.

## Step 1: Send your artwork or idea

Upload a logo file on the quote form, or describe what you want. A sketch, a photo of last year’s shirt or a few words is enough to start.

- **You:** Your art, quantity, sizes, garment, colors, print locations and needed-by date.
- **The shop:** Check the art, count the ink colors and flag anything over 8 for a custom quote.

## Step 2: Get your quote

You get a price for the whole order, based on quantity, ink colors, print locations and garments. Replies go out within 24–48 hours.

- **You:** Read it and ask questions. Changing quantity or colors changes the price, so try options.
- **The shop:** Price the job and point out ways to save, like dropping a color or a location.

## Step 3: Approve your proof

A digital proof shows exactly what will print: the design, ink colors, size and where it sits on the shirt. Nothing goes to press until you approve it.

- **You:** Check spelling, dates, colors and placement. Request changes or approve.
- **The shop:** Make up to 2 rounds of revisions (more are available for an extra charge) and take a deposit before printing.

## Step 4: We print

Screens are made for each ink color, inks are mixed, and every shirt is printed and heat-cured so the print holds up in the wash.

- **You:** Nothing. This is the waiting part.
- **The shop:** Print, cure, count and fold. Typical turnaround: about 2 weeks from proof approval.

## Step 5: Pick up or get it shipped

Terre Haute customers pick up at the shop at 1419 South 25th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47803 or get free local delivery. Everyone else gets the order shipped on their own shipping account (UPS preferred).

- **You:** Pick up during shop hours, wait for local delivery, or watch for tracking.
- **The shop:** Box the order, then deliver it in Terre Haute or ship it on your shipping account.

## How long does the whole process take?

Typical turnaround is about 2 weeks, counted from proof approval. Add shipping time if you’re outside Terre Haute.

The clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you first send art — so the fastest way to speed up an order is to send complete details and answer proof emails quickly.

## What if I need it faster?

Rush orders are available by request for an additional charge.

Put your real needed-by date on the quote form. If the date can’t be met, the shop will say so up front rather than miss it.

### How long does a screen printing order take?

Typical turnaround at Imprint It All is about 2 weeks, counted from the day you approve your proof. Shipping time to cities outside Terre Haute is added on top.

### Do you take rush orders?

Rush orders are available by request for an additional charge. Put your real needed-by date on the quote form and the shop will tell you up front whether it can be met.

### Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes. Every order gets a digital proof showing the design, ink colors, print size and placement. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.
