How does ordering from Indianapolis work?
Indianapolis orders run entirely by email and phone: quote form, digital proof, approval, then shipping. You never have to make the drive.
If you’d rather save shipping, the shop is a straight run west on I-70 — plenty of Indy customers combine a pickup with a trip they’re already making.
Shipping to Indianapolis: orders ship on your own shipping account (UPS preferred), so cost and transit time follow the service you choose.
Who in Indianapolis orders custom shirts?
Groups that need the same design on a lot of shirts. In Marion County, that usually means:
- Conventions, conferences and trade shows. Booth staff shirts and attendee giveaways for events at downtown venues — jobs with a hard date that can’t move.
- Race month and motorsports crews. May in Indianapolis means crew shirts, watch-party tees and company outing shirts.
- Amateur sports and running events. Club teams, tournaments and the 5Ks and half marathons that fill the calendar from spring through fall.
- Offices, logistics and life sciences. Company shirts for warehouses, distribution centers, labs and corporate teams around the metro.
- Churches and nonprofits. Indianapolis-area congregations and nonprofits ordering mission trip, volunteer and campaign shirts.
When should Indianapolis groups order?
Event dates drive Indianapolis orders. Count back from the event: about 2 weeks after proof approval, plus shipping. For May race-month shirts and convention giveaways, get your quote request in a month or more ahead — spring is busy.
Every order: up to 8 ink colors per design, minimum 10 pieces, and a digital proof before anything prints. Screen printing details
